Montana and South Dakota minus one week
The Democratic primaries campaign limps on: Puerto Rico on Sunday, Montana and South Dakota next Wednesday (our time).
Those wishing to pursue a conversational style of discussion (this ranges from those who abuse each other to those who say “good night” to each other) are encouraged to try their hand at IRC:

Another Red state the Democrats won’t win in November!
The real story is Obama clinching the nomination!

Put out an APB on all suspected “bloodthirsty butterfly Bludgers” lest they swarm innocent American consumers and permanently dilute their spending power with pinko propaganda.
Shake down your stool pigeons and lean on your dogs, the lives of global freedom lovers everywhere depends upon YOUR ability to provide authorities promptly with the right information.

Illegal and illegitimate victory for the hopemaster based on dodgy caucuses and blocking the popular will. A very poor base to campaign from in November

2203 ESJ
What should Obama have done differently?
June 4th, 2008 at 11:31 am
Good morning Poll Bludgers - its a great day.
I am flicking between the networks and watching excited commentators talking about the historical moment they are living through.
Yipee and roll on November.
Jen @ 2198 - I totally agree
June 4th, 2008 at 11:31 am
2203 Edward StJohn From memory none of your prognostications worked for John Howard.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:33 am
And Hillary takes the stage…
June 4th, 2008 at 11:34 am
Diogenes,
Good question, does a kid resist candy? No
The problem is/was the Democrats own rules/process.
I believe many of them (supers) realise he is a turkey slowly basting for November but are too gutless to stand up and assume the role they were created to take, ie avoid another McGovern and too PC ie, did not want to look like they were doing down the black man which is essentially a form of reverse racism.

‘Obama has inspired so many Americans to care about politics… congrats on the fantastic effort…’
‘Honour to contest’
‘Would like us to take a moment to recognise him and his supporters’
And now she is talking about her journey…
June 4th, 2008 at 11:36 am
Here she is: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/video/2005/04/12/VI2005041201139.html

Time to start promoting the votemaster again. I have put a link at the top of my page. He should be updating his senate page later on today, which will give you an accurate view of how the election is going. For the record the 1/3 senate election in 2006 he was very accurate. The last two presidential elections his system was one of the best.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:37 am
And she is still talking about her journey.
Thanking South Dakota voters who had the last word.
Thanking all her supporters…she is enormously grateful this doesn’t sound like a concession speech.
Oooh… ‘her supporters asked themselves… who will be the strongest candidate? ready to take back the white house? lead our country?’
‘I carried the popular vote’
Hmm.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:38 am
Aw Eddy you are having a little Tantrum aren’t you? I normally enjoy reading your posts even if I don’t agree with your politics, I actually think you are very intellegent and witty. But since Saturdays Fl/M rulings lets face it you’ve been having a little tanty
June 4th, 2008 at 11:38 am
ESJ: admit it, you were never a sincere Hillary supporter! I expect from now on you’ll reveal your true colours and we’ll get multiple “McCain For President” rants from you LOL
June 4th, 2008 at 11:39 am
Just click on my name.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:40 am
“You wanted a nominee who…counts every vote.”
But also talking in the past tense. Good theatre.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:41 am
Is she going to concede anyone?
June 4th, 2008 at 11:43 am
now she’s banging on about cars…. do you think she’s noticed that Obama has won???
June 4th, 2008 at 11:43 am
No tanty - just sad that the Democrats are well on their way to blowing another Presidential election.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:43 am
Doesn’t look like it Diogenes. At the moment she is just rambling on about how brilliant she is, and how many lovely people she has met over the past few months.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:44 am
This from the same person who predicted a Howard victory last year: I rest my case LOL
June 4th, 2008 at 11:45 am
Diogenes- you said NEVER.
Hat tip and lots of wine to you.
And a special white jacket with extra long sleeves for Hillary if she doesn’t admit the truth pretty soon.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:45 am
Looks like she wants Health Secretary to me
June 4th, 2008 at 11:47 am
If Hillary wants VP she sure has an interesting way of going about it…
June 4th, 2008 at 11:47 am
Actually progressive I predicted a Rudd victory last year. Think then speak is usually a good practice I recommend.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:48 am
Her clown posse is yelling ‘Denver! Denver!…’ now.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:49 am
One hopes she doesn’t get VP!
Maybe we should ignore her and her husband from now on.
Remember the old saying “Winners are grinners, losers can please themselves!”.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:49 am
This could be it.
She’s listing all the states she has won, saying people had faith in her…
I will carry this with me for the rest of my life.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:49 am
‘I will be making no decisions tonight.’
June 4th, 2008 at 11:49 am
FFS.
‘This has been a long campaign and I will be making no decisions tonight’
Sigh.
Ok. Let’s hit the scotch anyway.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:50 am
Forget her, move on!
I agree she’s effectively disqualified herself from any meaningful role in Obama’s campaign.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:50 am
OMG - I think I’m going to throw up.
Rosaries, whispered prayers, Iraqi veterens donating their last cent…. all for the cause of Siant Hillary.
She’s disgusting.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:51 am
He cant even beat her in South Dakota? The fight goes on. A defiant and appropriate speech.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:52 am
jen, she loves you, yeah yeah yeah
June 4th, 2008 at 11:53 am
Very Soviet of you Jen,
compulsory use of psychiatry to deal with political opponents.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:53 am
An entire speech about her - nothing for Obama. Such grace…
June 4th, 2008 at 11:53 am
Agreed Pancho- that was the final moment for any possible clawing back of credibility for HRC.
Past history now (although fascinating from a psychiatric point of view).
June 4th, 2008 at 11:53 am
New thread.
